   - To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email at support@phormatec.com. They will guide you through the process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
   - The customer is responsible for securely packaging the product and ensuring it is shipped back to us within 60 days of receiving the RMA number.
   - We recommend using a reputable shipping carrier with tracking capabilities to ensure the safe return of the product.
   - Please include the RMA number on the return package and any related documentation.

3. Shipping Charges:
   - The customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with returns, including the initial delivery and return shipping fees, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
   - We recommend using a traceable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance to protect against any loss or damage during transit.

4. Restocking Fee:
   - All returned products will be subject to a restocking fee of 10% of the product's purchase price. This fee covers the cost of inspecting, testing, repackaging, and restocking the returned item.
   - The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount issued to the customer.
